Lastly, your genetic makeup can often predispose you to acne and other skin issues.

In the mornings, start with a cleanser. At Evre, we love to use our “Oh So Extra Pineapple & Coconut face cleanser”. Following this, a Moisturiser is needed to keep your skin hydrated. Our “Super Nice Manuka Honey & Vitamin E Face Moisturiser is our current favourite.

In the evenings, if you wear makeup, start with a remover to ensure your face is bare. Then, cleanse your face using our “Oh So Extra Pineapple & Coconut face cleanser”. We recommend 2-3 times a week using a face scrub to exfoliate your skin, removing dead skin cells and preventing clogged pores. Our “Time to Shine, Raspberry & Almond Face Scrub is perfect for this. Lastly, reapply your moisturiser to maintain your skin’s hydration.

Maintain a Healthy Diet

What you eat can significantly impact your skin’s health. Aim for a balanced diet rich in antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, probiotics and vitamins. These support a healthy gut, reduce inflammation and result in glowing skin.

Stay Hydrated

Hydration is key to maintaining healthy skin. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to help flush out toxins and keep your skin plump and hydrated!

Practice Good Hygiene

Maintaining good hygiene is essential for clear skin. Regularly clean your phone screen to prevent transferring bacteria to your face, wash pillowcases weekly to remove dirt and oil buildup, and minimize touching your face to avoid transferring bacteria and oils from your hands.
